Taster Lecture: Fashion & Design Management – Basic Principles of Management with Special Focus on Agile Methodologies

This course introduces students to the core principles of visual design, composition, and color theory. They explore how color is perceived across art, nature, architecture, advertising, and fashion, and examine psychological and cultural color effects. Through hands-on design exercises both analog and digital students learn to work with color, form, and layout while developing two‑dimensional compositions. A final project, including a three-part poster series, allows them to apply color theory creatively and consciously in their own visual work.
